Checkout process
- Add your selected items to the cart.
- Go to the Cart page and make sure the correct sizes and colors are chosen.
- Click “Checkout”.
- Fill in the required fields to complete your order.
- Click “Confirm Order”.
Order confirmation
- After placing your order, our manager will contact you to clarify the details.
- An invoice with a QR code for convenient payment will be sent to your email.
- Once full payment is received, the order will be assembled and prepared for shipment.
Order tracking
For shipments via transport companies, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order’s location and estimated delivery date. The identifier will be sent to your email, and you will also receive an SMS once the parcel reaches its destination point.ние.

Payment methods
- After confirming the order, our manager will send you an invoice containing a QR code for convenient payment (for individuals).
- You may also pay by bank card at our office: Moscow, Mnevniki St. 1.
- For legal entities and sole proprietors, we provide bank transfer payment and full supporting documentation.
Delivery methods
For orders over 25,000 RUB, we offer free delivery within Moscow or to a transport company.
Other options:
- Self-pickup – free, Moscow, Mnevniki St. 1
- Delivery within Moscow (inside MKAD) – 900 RUB
- To a transport company – 900 RUB
- Up to 10 km outside MKAD – 1,000 RUB
- 10–30 km outside MKAD – 1,550 RUB

Out-of-stock items
If a product is temporarily unavailable, our manager will offer solutions:
- Replacement with a similar item.
- Waiting for the estimated delivery time.
- Partial shipment of available items and later delivery of the remaining products.
- Full cancellation of the order.
Returns and exchanges
We follow Russian consumer protection laws (Art. 502 of the Civil Code, Art. 25 of the Law No. 2300-1 of 07.02.1992, and Government Decree No. 2463 of 31.12.2020).
- If you receive a defective product, we will replace it free of charge or issue a full/partial refund within 7 business days.
- If the wrong product was delivered, we will cover return and exchange shipping costs.
- Custom-made products are non-returnable unless defective.
- Non-returnable items also include personal hygiene and cosmetic products as per Government Decree No. 2463.
