General Provisions

This Privacy Policy applies to the website https://casalusso.ru, chatbots, virtual assistants, and consultants developed by Biflex LLC for the Casa Lusso brand (hereinafter referred to as the “Applications”), and contains information about the data collected when visiting these Applications. The administrator of the Applications is Biflex LLC, TIN 7734432374, registered office: Russian Federation, 123308, Moscow, Mnevniki St., 1, 8th floor, room 10 (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).

Collection of Personal Data

For the execution of user requests, the Applications may request contact details necessary for communication with the user, the sale of goods, or the provision of services to which the user has consented, as well as for sending information that the user has agreed to receive. The user may voluntarily expand the list of transmitted data at their discretion if they believe it will help to fulfill their request more efficiently. All personal data provided through the Application is submitted voluntarily by the user, is not mandatory to collect, and is not subject to verification of accuracy, including:

  • first name, last name, patronymic;
  • phone numbers;
  • email addresses;
  • delivery addresses for goods or services;
  • details of the company represented by the user;
  • social media accounts;
  • other data.

The collected personal data is transferred to the Operator’s database on a server located within the territory of the Russian Federation or sent to the Operator’s email via a Russian provider (Yandex).

Collection of personal data is carried out through forms hosted on servers within the territory of the Russian Federation. Each form contains a checkbox confirming the user’s consent to the processing of personal data, with the ability to review the contents of the consent being provided. Submission of data through a form is not possible without explicit consent. If the user does not agree, they must close the form and may continue to use the Application without providing personal data.

For users who have an account in the Application, we store personal information provided in their profile. All users may view, edit, or delete their profile information at any time (except for the username). The Operator may also view and edit this information.

Personal data contained in messages sent to the Operator via foreign messengers included in the List provided for in Part 10 of Article 10 of Federal Law No. 149-FZ will not be processed, and the user will be advised to promptly delete such messages.

Notice on the Use of Cookies and Processing of Data by Analytics Programs

ПWhen using the Applications, certain technical data are automatically collected, including IP address, cookies, browsing history, and other information transmitted by the user’s browser when accessing the Applications.

The user may prohibit the transmission of such data by disabling cookies and adjusting privacy settings in the browser used (detailed instructions are available in the browser’s help section).

On the website https://casalusso.ru, traffic data are processed using the Yandex.Metrica analytics program.

The website https://casalusso.ru uses cookies to store login data and display settings:

  • Login cookies are stored for 2 (two) days.
  • Display settings cookies are stored for 1 (one) year.
  • If the visitor selects the “Remember me” option, login data are stored for up to 2 (two) weeks. Upon logging out, login cookies are deleted.

If the user does not agree to the use of cookies and the processing of data by analytics programs, they must stop using the website and delete cookies from their browser.

Deleting cookies will result in the website and analytics programs “forgetting” the user’s visit history, and upon a new visit the user will be recorded as a new visitor.

The Operator’s Applications (including the website https://casalusso.ru) do not use scripts or technologies that generate recommendations based on the user’s personal data.

Use of Recommendation Technologies

The Operator’s Applications (including the website https://casalusso.ru) do not employ algorithms or software tools that generate personalized recommendations based on users’ personal data.

Data Protection

When registering, logging in, or placing an order on the online store https://casalusso.ru, the secure HTTPS protocol is used. HTTPS ensures encryption of transmitted data through the SSL cryptographic protocol. The Operator takes all reasonable and necessary measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Data Sharing

The Applications do not disclose confidential information to companies, organizations, or individuals, except in the following cases:

  • order delivery by a third-party courier service or transport company;
  • publication on the Applications of reviews and comments voluntarily submitted by users.

User Consent to Personal Data Processing

By continuing to use the Applications, the user provides consent to the processing of personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree, they must stop using the Applications.

Withdrawal of Consent to Personal Data Processing

A data subject may at any time withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data and request the deletion of such data from the Operator’s database by sending a request to the Operator’s email address: info@biflex.ru.

Consent to Receive Marketing Communications

User consent to receive marketing communications is requested only when voluntarily subscribing to such communications.

The user may withdraw their consent at any time by:

  • clicking the unsubscribe link contained in the email;
  • deselecting the relevant option in their personal account on the website;
  • blocking the chatbot in the messenger.

Technical messages (including registration confirmations, order status updates, notifications of product availability, cart reminders, responses to user inquiries, and other similar messages) do not constitute marketing communications.
